Charlottesville Residential Retrofit Mini-Grants
In partnership with the Local Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), the City of Charlottesville is offering up to $2,000 to residents for a variety of home energy-saving improvements, including heat pumps, insulation, duct sealing, and energy assessments.

Energy Assessment reimbursement | $250 |
These funds can be stacked with other local, state, federal, or utility-funded incentives. To access the program, the resident must first have a Home Energy Assessment (HEA) performed by LEAP or another certified contractor.
